In 2015, the shareholders of Fertrade International DMCC (FID), decided to incorporate the company in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). The company was activated in January 2023.

Fertrade International DMCC has developed a successful stream of business using mainly its existing customer base built on 35 years business experience in production, distribution, and chartering.
Fertrade International DMCC aims to take advantage of the international banking system in Dubai (UAE), enabling efficient global trade operations without restrictions related to foreign currency controls or limitations on issuing Letters of Credit.
In 2026, we began the fourth year of operations, and below is a summary of past achievements:
- 2023 turnover USD 143 million, 740,000 MT of various products transacted.
- 2024 turnover USD 200 million, 993,000 MT of various products transacted.
- 2025 turnover USD 293 million, 1,255,000 MT of various products transacted.
